The plant Kohlrabi is an odd member of the cabbage family. It is a fast growing  cool weather plant with high fiber and vitamin C. You should use liquid starter fertilizer such as emulsion or Bonnie herb and vegetable plant food. You should fertilize with the liquid after the plants begin to develop new leaves and when they start forming head. You should also plant the kohlrabi plants 9 to 12 inches apart. All these things make this a significant plant.
